Return & Refund policy

We strongly advise contacting us for sizing advice prior to ordering online to ensure proper fit. Please note our return policies on safety equipment.

Return Shipping

We ask that the customer takes care of the shipping for the return, and recommend using a tracked service (please send us the tracking info). 


Order cancellations with incur a 10% fee on the refunded amount. This is to account for credit card fees and any shipping charges for items already in transit from suppliers.

Return Policies

EquiSale, Discounted and Custom Items

EquiSale, items discounted in any way and custom/made to order items are final sale only - no returns are accepted.

Please note that EquiSale items may have minor blemishes such as slight discolorations are damage, but none that prevent the garment from being used for its intended purpose or noticeable during use or wear. 

Air Vests & Body Protectors

Point Two vests are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

In Person Purchases 

Air vests and body protectors purchased as a result of an in-person fitting are non-returnable. 

Online or Virtual Fitting Purchases

Air vests and body protectors purchased directly online or as a result of a virtual fitting are eligible for exchange due to sizing issues within the 14 day return window or can be returned for store credit only within the 14 day return period. 

Items must have original tags and must be unused, i.e. not ridden in with original tags and packaging. Air vests that have been deployed are not eligible for return.


Helmets are unfortunately non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Clothing, Safety Stirrups and Accessories (excluding CO2 canisters)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your regularly priced clothing, safety stirrups, or accessories, you can return them to us in its original condition within 14 days for refund or exchange. Items must have original tags and must be unused with original tags and packaging and must arrive in our possession within the 14 days. Note that discounted items, either through product or brand specific discounts, or sales holidays are returnable.


Lauracea items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Demos and Trials

Items approved and provided for demo or trial are paid for at full retail cost at time of pickup and are available for a duration of 7 days. If the item is not returned within the 7 days, it is considered sold and is a final sale.


Please notify us of the return within 3 business days of receiving your item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item in line with guidelines outlined above. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please contact us so we can arrange this for you. No returns or exchanges received back in inventory after 14 days will be accepted.

Please contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return prior to returning. Information regarding return address will be provided with return instructions. RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Undelivered Items

Shipment Delivered emails are automatically sent when delivery occurs. If you receive a delivery notification and have not received your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your notification. We are not responsible for lost packages but will do our best to help resolve the situation when notified within the 3 day window. Beyond the 3 day window, we are unfortunately unable to help.
