Refund policy
EquiSale and Shop Pay Items
EquiSale items are final sale only - no returns are accepted. Items purchased using Shop Pay installments are non-returnable once the items are received. Please note that EquiSale items may have minor blemishes such as slight discolorations are damage, but none that prevent the garment from being used for its intended purpose or noticeable during use or wear.
Returns
We ask that the customer takes care of the shipping for the return, and recommend using a tracked service (please send us the tracking info).
Clothing, Body Protectors, Safety Stirrups and Accessories (excluding CO2 canisters)
If for any reason you are unhappy with your clothing, body protector, safety stirrups, or accessories, you can return them to us in its original condition within 14 days for refund or exchange. Items must have original tags and must be unused with original tags and packaging and must arrive in our possession within the 14 days. Please see details below.
CO2 canisters are not returnable or exchangeable.*
Air Vests
Point Two vests are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In Person Purchases
Air vests purchased as a result of an in-person fitting are non-returnable.
Purchases Made With Virtual Fitting
Air vests purchased as a result of a virtual fitting are eligible for exchange or refund due to sizing issues within the 14 day return window.
Online Orders Made Without a Fitting
Items purchased without an in-person or virtual fitting, or without having measurements and sizing confirmed by Ride EquiSafe staff are returnable for store credit only within the 14 day return period.
*CO2 canisters purchased in combination with an air vest that is eligible for exchange or return will be accepted. CO2 canisters purchased separately without an air vest are not returnable or exchangeable.
Items must have original tags and must be unused with original tags and packaging. Air vests that have been ridden in or deployed are not eligible for return.
Body Protectors
Items must have original tags and be unused. Body Protectors that have been ridden in are non-returnable. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Point Two vests are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Helmets
Helmets are unfortunately non-returnable.
Demos and Trials
Items approved and provided for demo or trial are paid for at full retail cost at time of pickup and are available for a duration of 7 days. If the item is not returned within the 7 days, it is considered sold and is a final sale.
Notification
Please notify us of the return within 3 business days of receiving your item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item in line with guidelines outlined above. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please contact us so we can arrange this for you. No returns or exchanges received back in inventory after 14 days will be accepted.
Custom orders or sale items cannot be returned.
Please contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return prior to returning. Information regarding return address will be provided with return instructions. RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
