Refund policy
Cancellations
Order cancellations with incur a 10% fee on the refunded amount. This is to account for credit card fees and any shipping charges for items already in transit from suppliers.
Footwear
Unused footwear is exchangeable or returnable for store credit only.
EquiSale and Discounted Items
Items purchased from our EquiSale section and items that have been discounted as a special sale are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Failure to read this policy does not constitute entitlement to an exchange or refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the size and condition of the product they are purchasing, given the Final Sale policy. Items may have significant blemishes or color variations but are suitable for the barn or the show ring. If you would like specific pictures, don’t hesitate to ask!
Return Timelines and Shipping
We ask that the customer takes care of the shipping for the return, and recommend using a tracked service (please send us the tracking info).
Products being returned or exchanged in accordance with the Product Categories and Accompanying Return Policies outlined in the table below must be back in Ride EquiSafe possession within 14 days from delivery of the product, per the documented fulfillment date.
Items must have original tags and must be unused, i.e. not ridden in with original tags and packaging. Air vests that have been deployed are not eligible for return.

Air Vests & Body Protectors
Air vests and body protectors purchased in person at a Ride EquiSafe store or booth are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Air vests and body protectors purchased online or via virtual fitting are exchangeable or can be returned for store credit only, if unused (not ridden in), not deployed, with original tags intact.
Helmets
Helmets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Safety Stirrups
Safety stirrups can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund provided that they have not been ridden in and are in original packaging.
Clothing
Clothing can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund provided that they are unused with tags intact.
Point Two Air Vests, Gladiator Equine Products, Custom and Equisale Items
Custom items and Equisale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Demos and Trials
Items approved and provided for demo or trial are paid for at full retail cost at time of pickup and are available for a duration of 7 days. If the item is not returned within the 7 days, it is considered sold and is a final sale.
Notification
Please notify us by email at info@rideequisafe.com of the return within 3 business days of receiving your item. Return requests made outside of email will not be processed. You can expect credits, refunds or exchanges within 5 days of our receiving your return. Refunds are to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. No returns or exchanges received back in inventory after 14 days will be accepted.
Please notify us within 7 days if a package is received damaged. Beyond 7 days, we are unable to file a damage claim and refunds and exchanges for damaged items will not be offered outside of that window.
Please contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return prior to returning. Information regarding return address will be provided with return instructions. RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
PLEASE NOTE: Fraudulent financial chargebacks will be addressed using all legal remedies available to Ride EquiSafe, including pursuing liquidated damages.
