Shipping and Delivery

Stock

All items are normally held in inventory directly with Ride EquiSafe or with the product distributor. Sometimes items are out of stock due to high demand or supply chain issues. If a product indicates that lead time is required, please contact us for shipping estimates.

Please note that some products are shipping from Europe and therefore, shipping timelines are extended.

Shipping

Shipping is via the most advantageous shipping service possible for the order type, i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Packages are shipped with standard insurance ($100) and without signature required unless additional insurance or signature is requested and paid for. 

If a product is in stock, we aim to ship within 5 business days. If an item is on back order or is shipping from out of the country (primarily Europe), shipping dates will be extended. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Billing can be a PO Box but not shipping.

Please notify us within 7 days if a package is received damaged. Beyond 7 days, we are unable to file a damage claim and refunds and exchanges for damaged items will not be offered outside of that window.

PLEASE NOTE: Air canisters can only be shipped via ground due to US regulations. Because canisters are considered a dangerous good, a flat rate handling fee applies for all orders containing a gas canister.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

In the event of a return, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Non-delivery

Shipment Delivered emails are automatically sent when delivery occurs. If you receive a delivery notification and have not received your shipment, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your notification. We are not responsible for lost packages but will do our best to help resolve the situation when notified within the 2 day window. Beyond the 2 day window, we are unfortunately unable to help.
