Shipping and Delivery
- Stock
All items are normally held in inventory directly with Ride EquiSafe or with the product distributor. Sometimes items are out of stock due to high demand or supply chain issues, in which case you will be notified at the earliest possible time and the date we expect the product to be available.
Please note that some products are shipping from Europe and therefore, shipping timelines are extended.
- Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders received before 12PM the same working day. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.
- Shipping
Orders are not considered finalized until a confirmation email is sent. This is to ensure items are in stock. If a product is in stock, we aim to ship within 3 business days. If an item is on back order or is shipping from out of the country (primarily Europe), you will be notified of the estimated ship date. All custom orders will be accompanied by an estimated shipping date.
Shipping shipping is free for all orders over $150 USD. Expedited shipping can be offered for an additional charge.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Billing can be a PO Box but not shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Air canisters can only be shipped via ground due to US regulations.
ALSO, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when free shipping is selected. You can request shipping with a required signature for an additional $5 to avoid possible porch burglary.
- Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 28 days after dispatch.
5. Guide Shipping Protection
If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email with an approval or for more information if necessary.
