We've talked about the fact that we offer a virtual fitting service, and I can't tell you how many people take advantage of that, specifically for air vests, stirrups, and body protectors.

However, helmets are a little bit of a different creature. I personally prefer to fit helmets in person because even just getting the size, if you have like something that pokes out here or here, it's really hard to know what the helmet is gonna feel like, so I really prefer doing helmet fittings in person If you're looking for a virtual helmet fit, because it's something that I'm not quite as comfortable with, to be really transparent. I love doing virtual fittings for body protectors and air vests more so. So even if I do have somebody that really wants to work with me, which I'm super grateful for, I will see if they have somewhere local that they can try things on.

In these cases, I'll make recommendations in terms of what are really good helmet options, but at the end of the day, if somebody needs to try something on, I advise that they look for their local shop just to really be able to feel what that helmet is going to feel like on their heads. If they find one that fits well and is super comfortable, buy it locally.

We definitely need to support our local retailers to ensure that they're able to provide the great service that they're known for, for a prolonged period of time. So try it on local, buy it local if it is what fits.
